We’re just as excited as you are! After you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. Once your artwork is ready to ship, we’ll send you tracking info—just note that it may take a little time to update.

Careful Shipping
Every piece is made to order with care. If your artwork arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days and send us some photos—we’ll take care of it.
For USA based customers
Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipping. Once your item is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. It’s important for you to track your package and monitor the delivery.
If the wrong address is provided, the item may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for resending the package.
International Shipping
We provide delivery confirmation for international orders, but once it leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for final delivery.
International Duty Charges
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Modern Wall Art has no control over these charges. By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable fees. If you refuse delivery due to these charges, shipping and return fees will be deducted from your refund.
