Exchanges
We’re happy to replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. Just send us a few photos showing the issue, and email them to us at team[at]autanaart.[com].
Returns
Since our pieces are made to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns. However, you can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it for a full refund.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. This usually takes a couple of business days, depending on your bank.
Wrong Item?
If you received the wrong item, we’ll send you the correct one right away—at no extra cost to you.
Listing Errors
In the rare event of a mistake in a product listing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
